Corrections, questions and suggestions. Factual errors get fixed on the page, not just answered.

Corrections come first
If a specification, figure or claim on this site is wrong, that is the message we most want to receive. We verify against the manufacturer's own source and then fix the page rather than merely replying — a correction that lives only in an email has not been made.
Including a link to the manufacturer's specification makes this considerably faster, because it means we can verify against the primary source rather than trying to find it.
How corrections are handled, including when they are noted on the page, is set out in our editorial policy.
What else we are glad to hear
- A question we have not answered. If a guide leaves you with a question, that is a gap in our coverage rather than yours - and it usually becomes a page.
- A product we have missed that genuinely belongs in a category we cover.
- Something that does not make sense. If a page is confusing, we would rather know than not.
- A broken link or a page that will not load.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty, returns or repair for anything you have bought. We are not a retailer and have no access to any order. Contact the seller or the manufacturer.
- Product samples and review requests. We do not accept free or loaned equipment - see our editorial policy for why.
- Paid placements, sponsored posts or link insertions. These are declined without exception and we do not respond to the pitches.
- Personalized buying advice at length. We would rather put the answer on a page where it helps everyone. Tell us the question and it may become one.
Who you are writing to
Crema & Grind is written by Sawyer V. and published by Fathom & Foundry. This is an editorial site with no storefront, no premises open to the public and no phone line — email is the only channel, and it is a real one. More about the site.

Questions people actually ask
How do I report an error on the site?
Use the form on this page or email us directly. A link to the manufacturer's own specification makes verification fast. We fix the page rather than just replying.
Do you accept products for review?
No. We accept no free or loaned equipment, which removes the most common conflict of interest in gear writing before it can arise.
Do you accept sponsored posts or paid links?
No, without exception. No manufacturer, retailer or agency can buy a position, a mention or a link on this site.
Can you help with a warranty or return?
No - we are not a retailer and have no access to your order. Contact the seller you bought from or the manufacturer directly.
How long does a reply take?
Corrections are prioritized. Other messages are read and answered as time allows, and useful questions often become pages rather than private replies.
