The short answer
Buy the Bialetti Venus for most induction stoves, the Bialetti Moka Induction for the classic shape, the GROSCHE Milano Steel for dishwasher cleaning, or the Cuisinox Roma for the heaviest build. The aluminum Moka Express needs Bialetti's adapter plate.
Why induction needs a different pot
Induction heats a pan through a magnetic base. Aluminum is not magnetic, so the classic Moka Express does not work on induction unless it sits on an adapter plate. Stainless steel pots, and two-layer pots with a steel outer boiler, work directly.

Bialetti's Moka Induction uses a two-layer boiler - steel outside for induction, aluminum inside - under the classic aluminum top.
It is sold in 2, 4 and 6 cup sizes; Bialetti lists the 4 cup at 6.8 oz and the 6 cup at 9.1 oz.
Bialetti says no separate adapter is needed, and advises against detergent and the dishwasher.
It brews the same way as the standard Moka Express.

Bialetti Moka Express
Budget tier · The octagonal aluminum stovetop pot that defines the category.
The aluminum classic needs Bialetti's induction plate to work.
The Moka Express is aluminum, and Bialetti says it works on induction only with its induction plate adapter.
Bialetti's stainless adapter plate is 5.1 inches across and fits 1 to 9 cup pots.
If you already own a Moka Express, the plate is the simpler answer. If you are buying new for induction, a pot built for it avoids the extra piece.
It is not dishwasher safe.
