Steeping runs 24 to 48 hours; lifting the basket out leaves about 1.5 qt behind, and how strong that is depends entirely on the ratio you used.
A batch that size covers several days of drinks, and there is nothing proprietary to replace - the filter is steel, not cloth or paper.
The lid is leak-proof with a flip-cap spout, so it pours from the fridge without decanting.

What happened to the Toddy
Toddy's home Cold Brew System is no longer available at the retailer this site links to - the listing reports as unavailable, and the only Toddy products still stocked there are the 5-gallon commercial systems and replacement filter bags.
If you already own one, nothing changes: it is a good brewer and its felt filters are still sold. If you were about to buy one, the County Line Kitchen jar above is the closest thing at a similar price - a big immersion batch with a filter you lift out rather than a cloth pad you store wet.
Strength is yours to set
Both brewers are immersion: coffee and water sit together, then separate. The OXO is sold as a concentrate brewer with a published ratio; the jar makes whatever your ratio makes, so a heavy dose gives concentrate to dilute and a lighter one gives something you can drink straight.
